Code Privacy Agreement

This agreement is between SJ Innovation LLC ("we", "us") and you ("Customer"). By completing checkout for a BuildYourAI scan or engagement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

We never store your code

Your repository is accessed read-only via GitHub OAuth. No source files are downloaded, copied, or retained on our servers. The scan analyzes your code in memory only, and all access is revoked after the scan completes.

Your code stays yours

SJ Innovation LLC claims no ownership, license, or intellectual property rights over any code reviewed during the scan. All work product belongs entirely to you.

Confidentiality

All findings in your report are confidential to you. We will not share, publish, disclose, or reference your codebase, repository name, or scan results to any third party without your prior written permission.

No poaching

SJ Innovation LLC will not solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire your team members, employees, contractors, or consultants during or after our engagement.

Data deletion

Scan metadata and report data will be deleted within 30 days of report delivery upon written request. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@buildyourai.consulting.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York City, New York.
