We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Full Stack AI Developers with a startup mindset for multiple positions available in India (Goa), Dhaka, and Sylhet (Bangladesh). We also offer hybrid work arrangements to accommodate individual needs. With at least 3 years of experience in MERN Stack development, the successful candidates will work closely with our project management team, Product Owner, and the CEO of SJ Innovation, Shahed Islam. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our AI-powered web applications and database systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack AI web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) in India (Goa), Dhaka, Sylhet (Bangladesh), or on a hybrid basis.

  • Collaborating with our project management team, Product Owner, and CEO Shahed Islam to identify and prioritize AI features and functionality.

  • Writing clean, modular, and testable code using best practices for AI-driven applications.

  • Creating and implementing database schemas that represent and support AI business processes.

  • Developing and integrating AI-powered RESTful APIs.

  • Debugging and fixing issues across the AI stack.

  • Ensuring AI application performance, scalability, and security.

  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the team’s AI coding standards.

  • Staying up-to-date with emerging AI trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-stack AI web development using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).

  • Solid experience with ReactJS, Node.js, and MongoDB.

  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with developing AI-powered RESTful APIs and integrating with other web services.

  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing for AI applications.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI-driven applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity for new technologies and a passion for innovation.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
