We are seeking enthusiastic Junior AI Developers and Freshers with a passion for emerging technologies and a desire to grow in the field of AI development. Multiple positions are available in India (Goa), Dhaka, and Sylhet (Bangladesh), as well as hybrid work arrangements to accommodate individual needs. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Full Stack AI Developers, project management team, Product Owner, and CEO of SJ Innovation, Shahed Islam, to develop innovative AI-powered web applications and database systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack AI web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) in India (Goa), Dhaka, Sylhet (Bangladesh), or on a hybrid basis.

  • Collaborating with our project management team, Product Owner, and CEO Shahed Islam to identify and prioritize AI features and functionality.
  • Writing clean, modular, and testable code using best practices for AI-driven applications.

  • Creating and implementing database schemas that represent and support AI business processes.

  • Developing and integrating AI-powered RESTful APIs.

  • Debugging and fixing issues across the AI stack.

  • Ensuring AI application performance, scalability, and security.

  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the team’s AI coding standards.

  • Staying up-to-date with emerging AI trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Educational background or experience in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of web development fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with ReactJS, Node.js, and MongoDB is a plus.

  • Interest in developing AI-powered RESTful APIs and integrating with other web services.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of AI development.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and learn from experienced developers.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity for new technologies and a passion for innovation.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
